This share house is on a great location, within walking distance to Nagoya Station, 3 minute walk from Sako Station on the Meitetsu Line, and 10 minute walk from Kamejima Station on the Higashiyama Subway Line.

There's a supermarket (called FEEL), a drug store, and a convenience store around the share house making it an comfortable place to live where you can purchase daily necessities.
Also, AEON MALL Nagoya Noritake Garden opened in October 2021 is a 7 minute walk away.
It is a large shopping mall with approx. 150 specialty stores, including 41 stores opening for the first time in the Tokai regions and 7 stores opening in Aichi prefecture.

It is also conveniently located in just a 15-minute walk from Nagoya Station, which is not too close as well as not too far away.
Even if it rains, you aren't going to be annoyed by commuting to school, workplace, and going out. It's only within 3 minutes to reach Sakae Station on foot.
There is also a bicycle parking lot in front of the share house.

The house was newly built for specifically share house thus, it is not only stylish, but the layout has been carefully designed to make it easy to live in.

As for the atmosphere inside the share house, SHN-T Meieki has a capacity of 14 people. It's the right number of people you can comfortably live with, while still being able to get to know each of the residents.

The entrance is locked with a PIN code, so there's no need to worry about forgetting to lock the door. The bathrooms and toilets are separated into men's and women's so that residents can live in comfort and peace of mind.

In the living room on the first floor, there is a TV, sofa, and table where residents can enjoy meals and hang out together. There are two spacious kitchens, so you don't have to worry about overlapping times of use.

There are 7 private rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors respectively for each resident.
There are washing machines and toilets on both the first and second floor, in addition to the bathrooms on the second floor.

There is also a dryer on the first floor, so you can do your laundry even on rainy days.

In the garden, there's a wooden deck, a grill, and space for a vegetable garden therefore, this share house is a must-see for those who love the outdoors.
