マンションの１階は名古屋市のシェアサイクルのポート設置場所となっており、

伏見、栄、名古屋駅へは自転車でも気軽に行ける距離です！

There is placed the share cycle port of Nagoya City on the first floor of the building.
so Fushimi, Sakae, and Nagoya stations are easily accessible by bicycle!
